Ask the audience mid-talk, answer on the big screen
Put a question on the screen behind you and watch the room's answers fill in while you are still talking. Everyone answers from their own phone by QR code. No app, no sign-up for the audience.
Free to start, no credit card. Or try one live question first: no account, up to five people.
Where a talk loses the room
The slides are rarely the problem. It is the ten minutes when nobody looks up.
“Any questions?” Silence.
A room that has only been listening will not start talking on cue. Give them something to answer first.
The alt-tab shuffle
Leaving the deck to open a browser breaks the rhythm you rehearsed.
Nothing to show for it
A show of hands leaves no record. The follow-up goes out without the numbers.
Questions that run inside the deck
Polls, word clouds and quick quizzes on the same screen as your slides.
Answers land as you talk
Multiple-choice and rating questions that fill in on the big screen as the room answers.
How polls work →One word from everyone
Ask it open and the answers build into a word cloud behind you. Anonymous, so people say what they think.
How word clouds work →A quick check mid-talk
Three scored questions with a reveal, to see what landed before you move on.
How quizzes work →Inside your slides
The add-in on Microsoft AppSource runs the activities from the deck, so you never leave the presentation.
How the add-in works →The room joins once and stays with you
The audience scans one QR code at the start, or types the six-character code on the screen, and every question after that reaches their phones.
- Results on the big screen; you set the pace from your laptop or phone
- Run it from PowerPoint with the add-in, or import your .pptx
- On a call, share your screen and the audience joins from the link
Trusted by facilitators like you.
“Facilitator tools is simple yet powerful. I can lead discussions with a room full of people and gain immediate feedback and insights. A lot of tools offer polling, but Facilitator Tools enables me to lead a strategic discussion with as many minds as I can fit in the room.”
Presentation questions, answered
Do I need PowerPoint?
No. The display runs in any browser, so Keynote, Google Slides or no deck at all works. The add-in is optional.
How many people can answer at once?
Up to 50 per session on the free plan and 500 on Pro. Polls are load-tested to 5,000 people answering together.
Does it work over Zoom or Teams?
Yes. Share your screen and the audience joins from the link. There is also a Zoom app for remote sessions.
