NPS debrief worksheet

Collecting the score is the easy half. This two-page worksheet turns an NPS result and its comments into themes, evidence, and at most three commitments — the part most teams skip.

No signup required — the email is optional.

0–6 Detractors

7–8 Passives

9–10 Promoters

Page two: comment themes, evidence, and commitments.

How to use it

From a number to a decision

  • Read the spread, not just the score. A 42 with warm comments and a 42 with angry ones are different sessions.
  • Theme the comments — three to six themes, each with a typical comment as evidence.
  • Commit to three changes at most, each with an owner — and tell participants what changed because of them.

In Facilitator Tools, NPS collects comments alongside scores and AI-summarizes them into themes while the room is still there — this worksheet picks up from that output.

How live NPS works
1 Count the three bands
2 Calculate: % promoters − % detractors
3 Theme the comments with evidence
4 Three commitments, shared back
