NPS (Net Promoter Score)

[Pro+] Asks participants for a 0–10 likelihood-to-recommend score. The display shows the split of promoters (9–10), passives (7–8) and detractors (0–6), and the overall NPS as responses arrive.

Configuration options:

• NPS Question — e.g. “How likely are you to recommend this workshop to a colleague?”. The 0–10 scale is added automatically.
