Install for your organization (Microsoft 365 admin)

TL;DR In the Microsoft 365 admin center, upload both manifest files under Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps, choose who gets the add-in, and allow up to 24 hours for it to appear.

Works for whole organizations, teams, or a single user (“Just me”). Requires a Global Administrator (or equivalent) login.

Download both manifest files (see Installing the add-in — choose your path).
Go to admin.microsoft.com and sign in.
In the left menu: Settings → Integrated apps.
Click Upload custom apps.
App type: Office Add-in → Upload manifest file → select manifest.xml → Validate.
Choose who gets it: Just me, specific users/groups, or Entire organization → continue through the permissions screens → Finish deployment.
Repeat steps 4–6 for manifest-content.xml (the Live Results frame).

Timing: Microsoft says deployment can take up to 24 hours; in practice it is usually within a few hours. Users may need to fully quit and reopen PowerPoint.

Verify: open PowerPoint → Home tab → look for the Facilitator Tools button (speech-bubble icon).
