Keynote integration
| TL;DR Keynote files are not imported directly. Export your Keynote deck as a PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx) and use Import Slides — or paste an activity’s embed code onto a Keynote slide. |

Facilitator Tools imports PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx) files, so for Keynote you convert first:
In Keynote, choose File → Export To → PDF… (or PowerPoint…).
Save the exported file.
In the Designer, click Import Slides and upload the exported PDF or .pptx (up to 100 MB).
Arrange the slides among your activities in Session Builder.

Alternatively, keep presenting from Keynote and embed a single live activity onto a slide using Embed → Individual Activity Embeds, or simply show a QR code slide that links participants to the session.
| Ask the assistant • Can I import a Keynote file? • How do I get my Keynote slides into a session? • How do I export Keynote to PDF or PowerPoint? • Can I keep presenting from Keynote? |
