When you import slides (see “Integrating slides”), each slide becomes an item in the running order. On the display page they sit in sequence with your activities:
Import your deck with Import Slides and arrange the order in Session Builder.
Open the display page on the shared screen.
Use Next / Prev to move through the sequence: a slide, then a poll, then the next slide, and so on.
Idle gives you a neutral screen between items when you want to pause.

This means you do not have to switch between a slide app and the tool — the display page presents both. If you would rather present from PowerPoint itself, use the PowerPoint Add-in (next part).
