TL;DR boxes and the assistant
Every section opens with a TL;DR box — a one or two sentence summary of what the feature does and where to find it — and ends with an “Ask the assistant” box listing questions a reader might have.
These boxes are deliberate. They are written so the content can power a built-in Haiku assistant: the TL;DR is the short answer the assistant returns, and the “Ask the assistant” questions are example prompts it should be able to answer from the surrounding steps. Once this manual is integrated into the app, these blocks become the question-and-answer layer — so a user can type “How do I change the order of my activities?” and get the relevant steps back.
